Hell's Kitchen 3 is a team cooking season on Roblox. Gordon splits the lobby into Red and Blue, you cook under a clock, and the weaker team average goes to elimination. This page gets you through one full season. Station timing lives in How to Cook, and the jacket path lives in How to Win.
Before you queue
- Open the official place from the Roblox page. The live experience is place 18130218021.
- Walk the hub if you want, then stand in the join circle near the restaurant entrance. A season does not start with fewer than four players.
- If the circle stays empty, change servers instead of waiting alone.
- Open the shopping-cart shop and try the code strings on Codes before the match locks. Type them exactly, in capitals, with no spaces.
Pick a mode on purpose
Standard allows Coin power-ups and sprint if you own a sprint pass. Use it while you are still learning tickets.
Difficult turns power-ups and sprint off. A March 2025 beginner write-up also described a competitive ruleset that opened after 5,000 XP with those same limits. November 2026 guides describe choosing Difficult in the hub. If your lobby still shows an XP gate, follow the hub, not a guessed number.
Stay on Standard when friends are teaching you. Move to Difficult only after halfway cook pulls feel automatic. Details are in Difficult Mode.
What one season actually does
- Pre-service. You usually cook one assigned dish on a short clock, often described as about two minutes. Finishing early can still score even if the plate is imperfect. The team average is what matters.
- Dinner service. Several tickets overlap for a longer window, often described as about 3.5 minutes. Follow the highlighted ingredients through Pantry, Fridge, Chop, Mix, Oven, Boil, Fry, Blend, Assemble, and Serve.
- Score and elimination. The lower team average goes to the block. With a larger losing team, the table nominates. When only two chefs remain on the losing side, the lower score is often removed automatically.
- Minigames. Between services, challenge rounds pay XP. Treat them as progression, not a break to go AFK. See Minigames.
- Wildcards and fires. Fire Outbreaks and rotating wildcard modifiers can block stations mid-ticket. Read Fire Outbreaks and Wildcard Rounds before you blame the kitchen layout.
- Finale. The last chefs cook for the Black Jacket. The winner payout commonly cited is 250 Coins plus the jacket outfit, then everyone returns to the hub.
Eliminated chefs can spectate. During the portrait-burning sequence a 20 Robux Revive may be offered. That is a one-season product, not a permanent pass.
Two currencies
| Currency | What it does | How you get it |
|---|---|---|
| Coins | Temporary power-ups for the current Standard service | Dining-room pickups after you plate, season wins, code redeems, Robux packs |
| XP | Levels and a wider dish pool | Clean plates and minigames; Double XP multiplies earned XP, not XP bought with Robux |
Do not spend a first stack of Coins on a 650 Coin sabotage tool if you are still burning steaks. Time Machine or Speed Chop is 50 Coins. Save Elimination Immunity (500) for a round where you are actually bottom two. Rankings are on the power-up tier list.
First-night checklist
- Redeem codes, then confirm the Coin number changed.
- Stand in the circle early and wait for four players.
- Choose Standard until station order is boring.
- Pull heat stations near the middle of the meter, not when the bar is full.
- Call your ticket. A silent fryer camp loses dinner service.
- After the match, read Controls if a gesture failed, then How to Win before you care about votes.
Hell's Kitchen 3 is still the same season skeleton as the December 19, 2024 launch. The October 15, 2026 update changed the rooms and added fire and more wildcards. Remap the hub once before you judge a path as slow.
