Time Machine shortens Oven, Boil, Fry, and Blend cycles. Activate it at the start of the round so every heat benefits. The faster meter is easier to burn if you look away.

What is the difference between Coins and XP?

Do power-ups work in Difficult mode?

No. Difficult disables power-ups and sprint. Permanent passes such as Faster Cook Time, Auto Serve, Ingredient Vacuum, Fireproof, Double XP, Head Chef, and Hell's Luck are separate from those disabled shop buffs.
