How to Win a Season

Protect the team average, spend Elimination Immunity only when you are actually on the block, and cook the finale like a Difficult service.

The reported winner reward is a Black Jacket outfit and 250 Coins. Kitchen skill is required, and so is knowing when the average, the vote, or a shuffle is the real threat. Station execution stays on How to Cook. Vote details are on Elimination and Voting.

Season arc

  1. Four or more players fill the circle. Gordon assigns Red and Blue.
  2. Pre-service sets the first averages.
  3. Dinner services decide which color is safe.
  4. The losing kitchen nominates, or auto-eliminates the lower score when only two remain.
  5. Minigames and wildcards sit between services.
  6. As numbers drop, teams shuffle. Old color loyalty stops protecting you.
  7. Final chefs cook head to head.
  8. The winner takes the jacket and the Coin payout. The lobby returns.

Where your score actually matters

Individual tickets feed a team average. You can cook well and still hit the block if teammates serve raw food. A quiet mid-pack chef on a strong team may never stand for a vote.

  • Pre-service: finish clean and fast. Early boards notice who stalls the average.
  • Mid dinner: consistency beats a risky extra ticket. Avoid sent-back plates.
  • Short-handed kitchens: every plate is magnified. Multitask only what you can finish.
  • Finals: personal score matters again. There is no average to hide in.

Immunity versus cooking buffs

Elimination Immunity costs 500 Coins and shields the next elimination cycle in Standard. Buy it when the team is losing, your score is bottom two, and chat is already saying your name. Skip it when you are safe and a 50 Coin Time Machine would save more plates tonight.

Sabotage tools win services. Immunity wins a seat. Keep a reserve only if you are the nomination magnet. Difficult has no Immunity at all.

Shuffles and revives

After a merge, cook first and rebuild short callouts. Griefing the new line is how portraits burn.

A 20 Robux Revive can return you during portrait burning. It is worth considering when the lobby is still winnable and the elimination was a one-off fire or disconnect. Skip it when you still need practice reps more than this jacket.

Closing checklist

  • Keep Coins liquid until you know the social threat.
  • Call fires and disabled stations early.
  • Do not fling teammates. Juries remember jersey colors.
  • Enter the finale with a dish path you have already finished cleanly.

Plate for the average early. Spend Immunity only when the block is real. Treat the last service like Difficult even if the shop is open.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Hell's Kitchen 3 on Roblox?

It is ITV's official cooking-competition experience on place 18130218021. Red and Blue teams cook timed services, face eliminations, and try to finish as Gordon Ramsay's executive chef. Hell's Kitchen 3, dated October 15, 2026, adds Fire Outbreaks, five new wildcard rounds, and redesigned spaces on that same place.

How many players does a season need?

A season needs at least four players in the join circle. The server size listed on the Roblox page is 50.

What is the difference between Coins and XP?

Coins buy temporary power-ups for the current Standard service. XP comes from cooking and minigames and unlocks more dishes. The season winner is reported to receive a Black Jacket and 250 Coins.

Do power-ups work in Difficult mode?

No. Difficult disables power-ups and sprint. Permanent passes such as Faster Cook Time, Auto Serve, Ingredient Vacuum, Fireproof, Double XP, Head Chef, and Hell's Luck are separate from those disabled shop buffs.
