Kitchen Demon: A 100 Coin power-up that heavily slows one opponent for about ten seconds. Get it by Buy it in the shop for 100 Coins. Current Standard service only. Use it to Hit a chef leaving Pantry, heading to Assemble, or running to Serve. This is a different object from the Kitchen Demon minigame.
You select the target. The slow is short, so it has to land while they are moving between stations or carrying a plate.

No. Difficult disables power-ups and sprint. Permanent passes such as Faster Cook Time, Auto Serve, Ingredient Vacuum, Fireproof, Double XP, Head Chef, and Hell's Luck are separate from those disabled shop buffs.
